Michelle has been dancing since the age of 8 and is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine’s Dance Department earning her BA in dance in 1996.
After graduation, she began teaching ballet, tap and jazz to children ranging in age from 3 to adult. Her performing experience includes dancing in the ensemble for musicals such as Robin Hood and the White Arrow, Guys and Dolls, 1940’s Radio Hour and appearing as Dottie, the snowperson in Disneyland’s A Christmas Fantasy Parade. She has also choreographed You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Annie for children’s theater in Orange County. From 2005-2008, Michelle owned and operated Wanda’s Dance Studio in Costa Mesa, CA. Michelle has had the pleasure of building and developing a dance program for San Gabriel Mission High School and Norco High School and currently teaches Physical Education at Roosevelt High in Corona. Dancing helps build skills that shape our lives both physically and mentally and this can clearly be seen in Michelle’s dance classes
