Morgan grew up in Jackson Hole, Wy where a passion for the arts, fitness, and outdoors are a lifestyle.
She started her dance training at age five with her local studio, Dancers’ Workshop, where she trained in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, pointe, hip-hop, and pilates. Dancers’ Workshop provided Morgan the opportunity to take master classes and workshops with professional companies such as New York City Ballet, Elisa Monte Dance Company, Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company, and Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet. During high school, she competed as a member of the Jackson Hole High School Dance Team for four years and served as a captain her senior year. Morgan spent her college years developing her technique, artistry and knowledge of dance at Chapman University where she graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance and a concentration in Nutrition and Performance. Currently, Morgan continues to train with the dream of dancing for a professional contemporary modern company.
Morgan has found a passion for teaching dance to young children and hopes to share her love of dance with her students in a positive and fun environment. She emphasizes the importance of kindness, respectfulness, and being supportive of one another in her classes. Morgan welcomes anyone who has an interest to dance and is excited for another year of teaching with OC Dance Productions!
