Time: there will be 2 shows. First at 11am, Second at 4pm. Each class will only perform in one show. Unfortunately, no requests can be made for which show your dancer will be in. There will be no dress rehearsal for this show. Dancer check in is 1 hour prior to show time.

Recital Fee & Details
– Fee $60 check or money order only – $5 surcharge via paypal: This fee includes a costume, which may include the necessary props and accessories. Your payment is going directly to all costs associated with costume purchasing and shipping. You will need to provide (if applicable) the necessary tights/socks and footwear (sneakers, ballet slippers, jazz shoes, or tap shoes) for your child. Your instructor will notify you of the correct color/type of legwear and footwear to acquire. Exchanges cannot be accommodated. Please order a size up if concerned about growth, costumes tend to run small.
-Recital tickets $11 via brownpapertickets.com until December 6th, or at the door for $16 day of event, cash only.
-Fee/Commitment Contract- both due by the week of September 26th! Your fee ($60) and signed commitment form must be turned into your child’s instructor.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this date. We need your commitment by this date to ensure that the costumes can be ordered on time.
Late orders will be subject to processing and rush shipping fees, please be prepared.
*Please take the time to fully read and fill out the form so that you are aware of what is expected of you, your child(ren), and that you have provided the correct costume measurements. If your child is in a class that is a two 5 or 6-week session course, you will need to turn in a hardcopy of a receipt/proof of enrollment into the second 5-week session along with the recital fee/commitment form to your instructor. This secures your child’s spot in the next class, avoiding being placed on the waitlist (in which OCDP, your instructor, & the City of Irvine can not guarantee a spot in class for your child).
– Unfortunately there are no refunds once the recital fee has been submitted. If you decide to not participate in the recital or have an emergency situation in which your child cannot perform, you will be given the costume you ordered, but unfortunately cannot receive a refund once costume is ordered. Withdrawal from class does not grant a refund. You will still receive the costume.
– Once the commitment form is signed and turned in with your child’s measurements and sizes, changes cannot be made. We will be ordering costumes based on the info you have provided. If there are problems when the costume arrives, it will be your responsibility to make alterations and/or purchase a new costume. A chart to demonstrate the proper way to measure for dance costumes per the retailers has been provided below. Please use the measurement charts and if he/she is on the cusp of a size we recommend ordering the next size up for room for alterations.
-*Costume payment must be made by check or money order to Ever After Productions LLC with your child’s name at the bottom of the check in the notes section in case of misplacement from the form. Checks returned for Non-Sufficient funds will be charged directly to the writer of the check. OC Dance Productions is not liable for NSF fees.
