Miss Savannah | Dance Instructor
Savannah grew up in Houston, Texas where she began her love of dance at the age of 3. She trained in all genres of dance including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, and tap at a competitive dance studio. Pursuing her passion she attended The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston where she majored in dance. While in high school, she studied modern and choreography and embraced the diverse artistic environment which helped shape her as an artist. Savannah was awarded the Most Outstanding Senior Dancer Award.
As a Tremaine Dance Company assistant in high school, she enjoyed traveling and demonstrating choreography to convention students, assisting faculty, and performing in the company show.
Currently, Savannah is a senior at Chapman University pursuing a BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Digital Storytelling. Throughout her dance career, she has performed works created by Hubbard Street Dance, Complexions Contemporary Ballet Company, Gregory Dolbashian, Wilson Mendieta, Shannon Mather, Molly Long, and Chad McCall. After graduating she hopes to dance professionally and pursue a creative career in the Arts.
Miss Savannah has been teaching dance since the age of 14 and loves sharing her passion with her students. She loves to encourage creativity while maintaining a fun and positive environment!
