Thank you for being an OC Dance Family! As mentioned by your instructor, we are thanking our fall 2022 families by offering a referral discount for winter 2023. Below is more information on how it works and instructions on how to receive your incentive.

3 EASY STEPS

Instructions:

1. Select class of interest and register at your city site:
   1. Visit the winter 2023 schedule by clicking here
   2. Click here to register in city of Anaheim
      1. On city site register with barcode listed on our schedule for that class
2. Once you have registered for your class, complete OC Dance google form with your city, class, dancer and referral’s name here: https://forms.gle/BG47p3k5tonRbWS88
3. Send your referral the info on #1 for them to register

Incentive Program Rules & Process

• Participant that is referring (your dancer) must remain in class for entire full session (9 weeks) or Session I & II 9 week winter session. If dancer withdraws, incentive cannot be fulfilled. *Session I discounted or full session discounted (best value is full session instead of I and II)
• Participant that is being referred MUST be registered no later than 1/12/23 to qualify as a referral to receive incentive
• Referred participant must remain in class for entire 9 week session. If dancer withdraws, incentive cannot be fulfilled.
• Halfway through session OC Dance will retrieve mailing address or Zelle account to refund 50% after last day of class (week 9)
• If referred participant listed on form does not register, incentive cannot be fulfilled
• Referral bonus can apply to more than one referral and for any OC Dance classes at the city (doesn’t need to be same class as your dancer)
• Referral can also be sibling or come from same family
• Referral cannot be participant that has taken classes with OC Dance previously, however can be participant that is or has been registered for a city class other than OC Dance.
